A Study On The Vocabulary Of Chengcheng Dialect

Chengcheng county is located in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province.Guanzhong area is located in the Central Valley of Weihe, has a long history,splendid culture. Guanzhong Dialect is an important part of the culture, because of its unique personality, and it has received the attention of the academic circles. Research in Guanzhong Dialect in recent years has made some achievements, but there are obvious deficiencies on the study of Chengcheng dialect, the dialect vocabulary has not done a systematic comparative study. Chengcheng dialect belongs to the Guanzhong Dialect, a comparative study on the vocabulary of Chengcheng dialect, in a certain sense of Guanzhong Dialect plays a very important role.In this paper, based on extensive, in-depth field investigation and the results of previous studies, takes the vocabulary of Chengcheng dialect as the research object,through a comparative study of the vocabulary of Chengcheng dialect and Mandarin vocabulary, enable the people to have a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of Chengcheng dialect vocabulary.The full text is divided into seven parts.Objective: this part mainly introduced this topic research present situation,research purpose, research significance and research steps.The first chapter: the general situation of Chengcheng and Chengcheng dialect.Mainly introduces the general situation of Chengcheng county’s geography, history,population, and describes the Chengcheng dialect phonology and homophony syllabary. The purpose is to do some groundwork for the voice characteristics and historical development of the vocabulary of Chengcheng dialect.The second chapter: the morphological characteristics of Chengcheng dialect vocabulary. From the number of syllables, word formation morpheme, affix and coinage of four aspects, the vocabulary of Chengcheng dialect and Mandarin vocabulary and morphology were compared, analysis of the characteristics of Chengcheng dialect vocabularyThe third chapter: the meaning of the characteristics of Chengcheng dialect vocabulary. With the Mandarin words in lexical meaning, grammatical meaning,comparative analysis of three aspects of meaning, revealing the meaning of the characteristics of Chengcheng dialect vocabulary.The fourth chapter: the characteristics of the commonly used words in Chengcheng dialect are introduced. Mainly about the pronouns, adverbs, prepositions and so on.Chapter fifth: conclusion. Through the analysis of the first five chapters of the comparison, the paper makes a brief summary.Appendix: the main content is the Chengcheng dialect classification thesaurus,proverbs, folk songs and other materials.
