Chinese are familiar with the test,especially students.Exam is not only the assess of learning effect on the process of learning but also the standard of selecting talents. However, if students don’t have correct attitude towards exam, it may easily lead to exam anxiety, what’s more,it even cause serious somatic reactions. Which will threaten our students’ mental health. Therefore it is extremely valuable to focus on students’ test anxiety and obtain some effective intervention methods through the research.On the one hand, the study can examine and enrich the intervention study;on the other hand it can provide a reference for teachers’ teaching and counseling in the help of facing test anxiety and improving the learning strategies,memory strategies and test mentality for students.The components of test anxiety mainly divide into cognitive, physical body and leaning strategies. Previous studies mainly focus on the status of students test anxiety and intervention research mainly using the integrated scheme. While the study pay more attention to the factor of lacking leaning strategies, training memory strategies through the group counseling in order to reduce students’ test anxiety. Then explore the effect that students’ anxiety for academic performance.The study consists of five parts,through the research,we can get the following conclusions:(1)The revised Test Anxiety of Learning Strategies Questionnaire have reasonable reliability and validity which is suitable for junior students;(2)The Questionnaire of Memory Strategies which is newly compiled,has reasonable validity and high reliability;(3)Learning Strategy Group Guidance Manual-Memory Strategy Training Manual was formed. It is the results that analysis and summary the student interviews, group guidance materials and the process of group guidance.(4)According to results of experiment showed that:there are significant difference between experimental group and control group;After the group counseling, the scores of experimental group students test anxiety were decreased and their learning strategies,memory strategies and test marks were improved.It has proved the great effectiveness of the Group Guidance Manual.
