In recent years, the problem of test anxiety intensified. Counselling on testanxiety attracted the attention of researchers in psychology, at the same time, someschools began to attach importance to the senior high school students test anxietycounseling. In order to make the test anxiety group counseling in schools furtherexpansion, It is necessary to study a suitable high school students, standardized andscientific test anxiety group counseling manuals, Give the school guidance counselorscientific comprehensive and timely guidance.This study focused on "high school student cognitive test anxiety group guidancecenters Handbook" scientific, validity, applicability, revise and study guide. Theliterature review, the consensus for the research methods used in the study (CQR),detailed study of brainstorming method on the cognitive center group counseling, andto revise the first draft of "manual" on the basis of the times. By using the method ofquasi experiment on the revised "manual" to explore the applicability and validity.In this study, the following conclusions are:(1) In the center for cognitive counseling, leader common guidance technologycan be divided into: questions, encourage and repetition, paraphrase, summarizing,interpretation, guidance and control, suggestions and advice, other.(2)"Manual" the validity is verified by experiment, which provides a groupcounseling program can effectively reduce the level of test anxiety of the seniorstudents, improve its unreasonable examination of cognitive. But in the high schoolstudents academic guidance self-efficacy, achievement of ascension and the leader ofthe group counseling, still needs further study.(3)"counseling program manual" provides has some applicability, as applicableto different leaders meet the requirements, with no significant difference (p>0.05);group counseling members to comply with the conditions of both men and women, aseffective, there is no significant difference (p>0.05).
