| In recent years, the problem of test anxiety intensified. Counselling on testanxiety attracted the attention of researchers in psychology, at the same time, someschools began to attach importance to the senior high school students test anxietycounseling. In order to make the test anxiety group counseling in schools furtherexpansion, It is necessary to study a suitable high school students, standardized andscientific test anxiety group counseling manuals, Give the school guidance counselorscientific comprehensive and timely guidance.This study focused on "high school student cognitive test anxiety group guidancecenters Handbook" scientific, validity, applicability, revise and study guide. Theliterature review, the consensus for the research methods used in the study (CQR),detailed study of brainstorming method on the cognitive center group counseling, andto revise the first draft of "manual" on the basis of the times.
