Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is an common disease of the central nervous system in childhood. Because many of the symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children will continue to adolescence and adulthood, great impact his study and life, giving children, family, school and social bring many negative impacts.Therefore,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children become an urgent need to special groups of therapeutic intervention. At present, domestic music treatment intervention research for the children who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is quite weak. This study choose children who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder from the learning center of Huazhong Normal University hospital as the research objects, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Six children in the experimental group would have music therapy one time a week, 45 minutes at a time, a total of 20 times, while the control group does not accept music therapy. Before and after the music treatment,we use integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA CPT) and DSM-IV questionnaires, parent rating scale of Liu Xiangping attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, teacher rating scale of Liu Xiangping attention deficit hyperactivity disorder as a measurement tool to analyse and discuss,which is to evaluate the curative effect of the children who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.The results of the study are as follows:1.The experimental subjects’ attention,control,move more impulsive,and total score in integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVACPT) and DSM-IV questionnaires,parent rating scale of Liu Xiangping attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, teacher rating scale of Liu Xiangping attention deficit hyperactivity disorder have significant different test scores before and after Test,while there is no significant difference between before and after the test of the control group subjects on the above scale.2.Before test, there is no significant difference between the experimental subjects’ and the control group subjects’ test scores in integrated visual,auditory continuous performance test(IVA CPT) and DSM-IV questionnaires,parent rating scale of Liu Xiangping attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,teacher rating scale of Liu Xiangping attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. After test, the experimental subjects’ and the control group subjects’ test scores on the above scale have great difference.3.The attention of the experimental group has improved significantly after music therapy Intervention.4.The control of experimental group has obviously improved after music therapy intervention.5.The hyperactivity impulse frequency of experimental group has decreased significantly after music therapy intervention.6.Music therapy can obviously improve the attention, control and move m o r e i m p u l s i v e s y m p t o m s o f t h e c h i l d r e n w h o h a s a t t e n t i o n d e f i c i t Hyperactivity disorder.The treatment effect of music therapy intervention for the children who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is very good.Therefore,music therapy can be used as a method of intervening the children who has Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
