A Study On The Literature Problems Of Tao Yuanming 's

This paper is the exploratory research on the literature works of Selected Work of Tao yuanming. The idea of the study is to identify new problems while study and analyze the relevant literature works of Tao’s work. This research involves the study on the version, collation of the documents. Besides, the identification of the birth and death of Tao also belongs to the scope of the literature study. However, huge breakthrough remains difficult in this regard. In the first chapter of this paper, the detailed analysis would be made about the above mentioned contents, and individualized research about the findings would be made in chapter two, three and chapter four. Chapter two is about the research on the two versions of Tao’s work, which is Ming dynasty’s version and Qing dynasty’s version. Analysis and summaries about the emergence of two versions and its causes would be conducted in this chapter. Furthermore, the author will summarize the common character for the spread of popular version of Tao’s work. Chapter three try to explore the variant characters of collation for Tao’s work. First part of chapter three will focus on the classification of the variant characters. Then the variant characters will be listed in detail and their differences will be discussed and analyzed. Finally, the author will clarify the reasons for such differences and attempt to tribute to the research for the variant characters of Tao’s work. The last chapter will discuss the age of Tao. First, various opinions about this issue will be analyzed and the focus of the most controversial issues between two statements will be extracted. Then the author will put forward own opinion. This paper expected to tribute to the literate research of Tao’s work and combine this study into practice to explore this issue.
