In this paper, from the perspective of the characters of Tao Yuanming's poems, the new meaning to cultural image of Tao Yuanming be given by the study of the sorting of the characters in the Tao Yuanming's poems.Poetic prose is not only an important presentation of writer self realization and self build, and also in fact a form of life and mental state.This article attempts to classify the characters mentioned in Tao Yuanming's poems to rediscover the star in the history of Chinese literature.This article analysis the classification of the characters in Tao Yuanming's poems, from the relavant characters in his poems to explore what he wanted to express, then making induction and summary to Tao Yuanming's thought.
