The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization pointed out that, the talented person in the new century should have three qualities: the ability of learning to live, the ability of learning to study, and the ability of learning to communicate , and the oral-communication plays an important part. To meet the need of future requirement for talent, universities should pay much attention on oral-communication teaching, and improve students' ability of oral-communication. As one of the basic course in of college and universities Chinese oral-communication, which develop the ability of students' oral-communication, was taken much attention now. But still there left something, such as textbooks, teaching material, and teaching method, to be consummated. This article focus on the current teaching situation and feature of oral communication, tries from the standard spoken Chinese, to be obedient aspect and Putonghua ability, expression ability, communication ability carries on the preliminary experimental teaching, conducts the research and the discussion to the spoken language oral communication teaching strategy method, namely from the standard spoken Chinese teaching practice plan, "speaks" the practice plan, "is obedient" the practice plan, "the conversation" the practice plan aspect conducts the research and the analysis, broke through the traditional teaching method, enable the student spoken language oral communication ability to obtain the enhancement. Specially in practice aspect, author not only absorption before the theory essence, highlights own unique operation view, obtains in particular from the practice, take a case study as the backing, in detail elaborated the system "Standard spoken Chinese Spoken language Oral communication" the curriculum teaching idea, is for the purpose of causing the colleague to the spoken language oral communication teaching strategy method value, enable it to obtain the further enrichment and the consummation.
