The practical knowledge of MTCSOL is a dynamic knowledge system which adapts to the international Chinese teaching situation, the knowledge which is obtained after the reflection in the teaching practice and one of the key problems in the development of the international education. Discussing the construction of the MTCSOL’s practical knowledge can better understand MTCSOL’s education experience and reflection getting from teaching practices and provide inspiration for new international Chinese language teachers’ professional growth.This paper aims to build the MTCSOL’s practical knowledge content framework, through the study of large sample teaching case, to explore the MTCSOL’s practice knowledge, source and influence factors, and put forward some practical knowledge development strategy. This paper mainly adopted the literature research method, database method and interviewing method. This paper unfolds its contents in six chapters. Chapter 1, the original and significance of this study; Chapter 2, the introduction of research in teachers’practical knowledge; Chapter 3, the introduction of research planning from the research aim, research object, research contents, method and steps and so on; Chapter 4, the case analysis of MTCSOLs’practical knowledge; Chapter 5, the results and inspirations gained from the research.Innovation of this paper is reflected in three aspects. Firstly, this is a new topic. Expand research on the MTCSOL’s practical knowledge, having application value and theoretical value. Secondly, research methods to be innovative. Mainly based on the use of database study, take advantage of a large sample, increasing the credibility and persuasive argumentation. Thirdly, the teaching cases herein collected are all from overseas Chinese teaching first line. They are the MTCSOL’s summary of the teaching practice of reflection and experience, which have the first-hand information and primary research value.This study found that MTCSOL’s practical knowledge has four characteristics-practicality, situationality, reflexivity, dynamic development. The main sources of the MTCSOL’s practical knowledge are the teaching practice reflection, life learning experience, teachers learning community and network platform. This paper puts forward the development strategies of MTCSOL’s practical knowledge-riching learning experience, increasing the proportion of practice teaching, strengthening self-reflection and establishing the teacher learning community. |
