Currently, China is in the period of social transformation. Public administration is an issue that is heatedly discussed. Based on this reality, the author translated two theses about public administration-- Networks in Public Administration Scholarship and Public Administration in Dark Times-- into Chinese and wrote this report. In this report, the author summarized the typical sentences and structures of the two theses. The author also discussed two kinds of questions that met during the translation process: the translation of attributes and the translation of discontinuous structures. And the author proposed some translation methods for solving these questions, including embedding; conversion; amplification and so on. By using these methods, the author completed this translation practice and also improved the quality of translation. By this translation practice, the author makes efforts to rich the studies of public administration in our country and makes some contributions to the development of public administration.
