There is a deep relationship and a long history between China and Japan. the culture of China having taken place in Japanese in terms of pronunciation,form and meaning since the important kanji into Japan. Sino-Japanese words has been formed Wu Phonetics,Han Phonetics Tang Phonetics and other phonetics according to the different era and area. The most important content is the Tones in Medieval times.According to the pronunciation methods.The research content of the paper is the comparison between the initial of Chinese consonants and Japanese consonants. The compare analysis of onyomi of kanji between Wu phonetics and Han phonetics.Exploring the correspondence of Mid-ancient sound and onyomi of kanji.According to the dictionary that named Yuan Kanji and then arranging the mapping table of Chinese initial“m”“n”.Illustrating the correspondence of Chinese initials and Japanese consonants.According to the kanji in manual of ancient pronunciation,classified the Chinese initial of“?”,and then compare it with onyomi of kanji.
