Today’s sandplay therapy is a mature psychotherapy, Sandbox and toys for thepsychological treatment of the media, unique and widely recognized by the community.Sandplay therapy can be individual therapy, also can be group therapy. Individual treatmentemphasize the depth of psychological treatment for individual visitors. Group therapy is moreused to improve people make relations, and social aspects, as opposed to individual therapyfor the treatment level shallow, more suitable for the development of companies, schools,social groups, support groups. Coping style refers to the individual to face the stressenvironment, the cognitive assessment and behavioral efforts. Coping styles mature or not theindividual response to situational pressure to regulate the emotional state plays an importantrole. The modern college students facing learning, employment and the pressure of distressand response to the discussion of styles and emotion regulation and intervention has alsobecome the focus of research on college students. The main content of this study explorecollege students ’coping styles and anxiety relations on the basis of reference the applicationsin the student population of domestic and foreign Sandplay Sandplay of the designcommunity to intervene in normal college students coping style and anxiety, improvestudents’ mental level of health. In Shijiazhuang City, Handan City, a total of six schools,stratified cluster sampling method to select the freshman, sophomores, juniors and seniors atotal of630people, effective test610, and60intervention study.Based on the statistical analysis of data, this study reached the following conclusions:1,college students’ coping styles of frequency from high to low for problem solving, help,fantasy, backoff, rationalization, remorse.2, University Students’ coping style amonghelp-seeking, reasonable two dimensions there are significant gender differences.3,University Students’ coping style, help, fantasy era three dimensions have significantdifferences between major.4, the dimensions of coping style of college students in gradeshave no significant differences on.5, University Students’ coping style, problem solving, helpwith two dimensions of anxiety were very significant negative correlation. Self-accusation,fantasy, backoff, rationalize with four dimensions of anxiety showed extremely significantpositive correlation.6, University Students’ coping style of problem solving, self-blame, illusion, the dimensions of state anxiety had significant predictive effect; remorse, problemsolving, fantasy, turn on trait anxiety had significant predictive effect.7, the group sandplayintervention to improve university students’ coping style of problem solving and help-seekingdimension effect, to reduce college self-accusation, fantasy and retreat of three dimensionshave significant effect, to rationalize this mixed coping style effect.8, the group sandplaytherapy can significantly reduce their state anxiety and trait anxiety level.
