A Study On The Development Of Miao Nationality 's Song And Dance Culture Industry In

In many minority areas in China,a lot of excellent national traditional culture resources have been lost or on the verge of loss.All the factors includes the impact of modern civilization on the national traditional culture,the change of economic production mode in minority areas,the transition of living environment,the transformation of minority people’s perception along with the reduction of cultural inheritors etc. restrict the sustainable development of the traditional culture of minorities. Many facts show that the traditional ways such as family ceremony protection and inheritance, village festival protection and inheritance, inheritor’s protection and inheritance, and the government-led model to protect and inherit the national traditional culture cannot avoid the loss of traditional culture effectively. Culture industries, especially creative types industry, cultural resources should be turned into spiritual products and related service activities to people by creation of human beings. Therefore, through the reasonable industrialization exploitation of national culture resources, the effective alliance of culture and economy, which not only can stimulate the hematopoietic function of national cultural resources, promote the social and economic development in the minority areas, but also can improve the national cultural value and inheritance.The traditional dancing art of the minority is the cultural crystallization created by the minority’s collective intelligence in the process of their long history. And the minority’s history, production and living, ethics, customs and beliefs can be found directly from the content, form as well as connotation of minority traditional dancing art. Therefore, the protection and inheritance of minority’s traditional dancing art have a great significance on the study of the minority, the protection of national culture diversity, the protection of the historical motivity of social development in the minority area, and the improvement of national culture soft power.This thesis focuses on the industrial development of the dancing art resources of Miao ethnic group in Anji village of Longjie town in Yongping County in Dali, Yunnan province. First of all, the article introduces the types and value of the dancing art resources of Miao group in Anji village. Second, it classifies the current situation of protection and inheritance of the dancing art resources of Miao people in Anji village. Third, on the basis of the current status of "paying attention to protection but ignoring advantage of the resources", the paper point out that the government of Yongping county should change the idea of protecting and inheriting the dancing art resources in this area. It is suggested that the government should put the concept that"protect the national traditional art in the process of industrial development"into the measures to develop the culture industry such as dancing art of Miao people in Anji village. What’s more, according to the suggestion, this paper makes a SWOT analysis on the development of the dancing art of Miao people in Anji village.The last chapter, also is the key chapter proposes some feasible countermeasures systematically to develop Miao tourism performing arts industry and film and TV industry centered on the singing and dancing art of Miao people in Anji village based on the SWOT analysis and the enlightenment of other two domestic cases which develop successfully. And proposing take advantage of audio-visual product,anime games,book publishing,commodity show,cultural goods,design related to the cultural,education training industry to take part in the exploitation.Through the demonstration of the whole article, the paper provides feasible suggestions for the inheritance of dancing art of Miao group in Anji village, the development of regional social economy and the construction of regional harmonious society.
