A Study On The Changes Of The Miao Culture In Baoji Township, Panxian County, Guizhou Province

In recent years, with the development of society, the strength of exchange between different ethnic groups and regions is increasing, Cultural fusion and collision between regions also showed a general trend. From the entire social developmental trend, in accord with the development but also to highlight the local characteristics and national personality.Miao people’s long-term development, ancestors in order to thrive and go through untold hardships. Played to their subjective initiative, created the splendid history and culture. In miao ancestors continuous migration process, their culture will be inherited. The inheritance of the national culture, they also learn from other ethnic culture, so their culture is plentiful today. Despite the rapid development of society, Miao people’s cultural heritage, not only reflect the national characteristics, and has produced profound influence to our nation.The significant increasing of productivity and continuous progress of society, a closed society and the outside world blended and contacted gradually. In the process of development and integration, cultural changes have also occurred in all aspects of national culture. Effects of miao social and cultural development, however mining the change of important factors, cultural study has become a very important topic today.This paper focus on the analysis of Bao Ji township’s natural environment, the cultural environment, and decided miao people’s culture and the main factors of survival; in-depth analysis of the changes of miao people’s content of the material culture and spiritual culture; further of miao people’s cultural changes of the stage of division and the reason of the change; finally carrying on the analysis of miao people’s culture and the survival of the existing circumstances. The word explore the traditional culture facing difficulties in the process of social development, and put forward some suggestions. Through the above several aspects of the comprehensive discussions, we will know the further knowledge and understanding of the Miao people’s society、economy and culture.
