Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of CSP Curriculum In Central Asia For Students Based On The Strategy Of "One Way"

In 2013, President Xi Jinping put forward building “The Belt and Road Initiatives”. Shaanxi is focused by all the countries along the line because of its important position——the bridge between Central Asia and Europe. Many foreign students, especially Central Asian students come to Shaanxi for study. Their coming injects new blood to Shaanxi and brings vitality to this ancient capital of Xi’an.This paper uses needs analysis method to analyze the professional and practical needs for Chinese language in the Central Asian market and CSP study needs for Central Asian students under the background of “The Belt and Road Initiatives”. What’s more, this paper uses three research methods: literature, survey access, expert interview. It analyses the Shaanxi’ advantages of developing Foreign Students’ Education, and investigates the status quos of CSP curriculums of Central Asian students in three Shaanxi universities, including students basic information, students study needs, courses and CSP courses, and the evaluations of Central Asian students for CSP teachers. Through the analysis of the data, we find there are some problems in CSP curriculums: existing problems of CSP courses and the factors influencing the CSP curriculum. The former one includes course number is limited, Class hour quantity is less and the teaching group is small. The latter one includes preparatory education is not become a system in Shaanxi province, the CSP research is unbalanced and it lacks of CSP teachers. According to these problems, this paper puts forward some specific solutions for the development of CSP course in Shaanxi province, including: improve the existing CSP curriculum, needs analysis, improve the preparatory education system, Chinese teachers’ self-improvement and construct information communication platform.Under the background of “The Belt and Road Initiatives”, we need to take advantages of developing Foreign Students’ Education in Shaanxi, meet all kinds of learning needs of foreign students, and carry out abundant teaching about CSP. Only in this way, the development potential of Higher Education in Shaanxi will be stimulated. What’s more, Higher Education in Shaanxi will develop in the direction of the healthier and faster way.
