Central Asia,in a broad sense,covers the geographic scope of Afghanistan, western China,northern India,northeast Iran,Mongolia,Pakistan,along with the five Central Asian countries according to United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO).In a narrow definition, Central Asia mainly refers to the five Central Asian Countries after the disintegration of the Soviet Union,including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. The “Central Asia”in this dissertation refers to the five Central Asian Countries in the narrow sense.The friendly exchanges between China and Central Asia have endured a long Period of time and taken Place in different forms in different historical periods with their own characteristics.Based on full observation and thorough analysis of historical development of friendly exchanges between China and Central Asia,it is evident that the Silk Road serves as the link and bridge of the friendly exchanges between China and Central Asia.Thousands of years of peaceful and friendly exchanges have fostered close political,economic,and cultural relationships between the peoples of China and Central Asia,and the deep friendship from the past and the affinity among ethnic groups will provide a solid foundation for further development of their friendly relationship.China,as one of the earliest countries which acknowledged the independence of Central Asian countries after the collapse of the Soviet Union,has been steadily and continually developing exchanges and cooperation with Central Asian countries in various fields on the basis of mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity,equality and mutual benefit.Especially in 2013, xi jin ping, chairman of the "silk road economic belt" is put forward for the first time in Kazakhstan, China’s friendly exchanges with independent central Asian countries into a new stage.This paper comprehensive use of communication studies, history, geopolitics, cultural soft power, "area" strategy and other related theory and content, and reasonable use various methods to explore.Papers from the vision of communication, the time period is mainly since the end of the cold war, is the five central Asian countries since its independence, the study of cultural soft power is about 90 s or so, so will the three effective combination, the paper is divided into five parts.Content of the first chapter is to introduce the basic theory of communication, including the concept, characteristics, elements of communication, research methods and the relationship between communication and culture.The second chapter presents the overall status of the spread of Chinese culture in the central Asian countries in order to facilitate research, need to do a brief introduction to the central Asia, including geography, history, humanities, after the end of the cold war, central Asian countries towards a life of independence, from the aspects such as political, economic, diplomatic and security to understand the status of development of central Asia after independence.The Chinese culture in the central Asian countries to the spread of effective communication is inseparable from a certain foundation, but after all is the collision and fusion of different culture, if the implementation the spread of Chinese culture in the central Asian countries still need to spread foundation.The third chapter is the influence and effect of Chinese culture transmission in central Asia. Culture as an important part of national comprehensive national strength, is the country’s political power, economic power complementary to each other, so the influence of the cultural transmission and communication effect happens with immeasurable role.Chapter four problems existing in the Chinese culture in the central Asian countries, the spread of content is in line with the representing the truth, mode of transmission can be formalized, understanding of the cultures in the transmission of whether there is deviation are problems we will face and need to solve the problem.The fifth chapter to the problems and situation of the above found, targeted solutions are put forward.Paper summary, through the research, for since the end of the cold war the overall condition of the spread of Chinese culture in the central Asian countries:1, the exchanges between China and central Asia for thousands of years of history of largely peaceful contact.2, the history of friendly exchanges between China and central Asia is interwoven with the silk road closely, inseparable history.3, people of all ethnic groups in China and central Asia in the history of formation of the sometimes-complex mix-and-match I have today is your national related to conduct friendly exchanges of positive factors.4, after China and independent central Asian countries relationship is completely built on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit.In the face of the status questions, we have a lot of problems to be solved, in order to better to the central Asian countries in cultural transmission.
