The sentence "shi....de" has been always recognized as the hardest and most important in the second language teaching. According to the statistical evaluation of HSK dynamic composition corpus, there are 2,629 wrong sentences composed of "shi....de", which peaks in the all the ones that are not correctly utilized. This paper categorized the sentence into Structure (Yi) and (Er) referring to the classification method about "shi...de" sentences. Statistically it shows that people are much easier to make mistakes on Structure (Er) than (Yi), who normally ignore "de".This paper, by conducting the data analysis on composition corpus and questionnaire survey, combined with the bias analysis theory, studies the bias performance of Central Asian Student's learning "Shi...de", which includes ignoring, misusing and disordering, especially the ignoring of the ude" and "shi"'in the Structure (Er). Also, we discuss the reasons of mistakes with a thoughtful consideration of cross-linguistic transfer, inter-lingual transfer, teacher's explanation and textbook compilation etc. Finally, after analyzing the data, we customized the teaching and curriculum design of the Structure (Yi) sentences.
