To live in the soil of every nation retains its own a set of cultural patterns, but also influenced by foreign culture in different degree, in subtle embodies the characteristics of diversification. In this academy of music teaching, music culture is to involve all aspects of people’s life, because of the different types of folk music is through continuously created in people’s life and work, is the national culture of the package of music wealth. Is usually refers to the "dual music" can better grasp the national music culture characteristic, take the national culture characteristic as the basis of research, and learning and mastering another to different music culture and the national music, it can be more comprehensive, multi-angle of music culture understanding and the analysis, to more fully grasp and understand the culture, but also can more rational to appreciate music, blend in different nationalities, different cultural background, cultivate a kind of double or multiple music awareness.In view of the special geographical location of xinjiang normal university, makes the music teaching of the colleges and universities presents a distinct characteristics, I chose the xinjiang normal university music institute as the object of study and investigation, through the investigation about the present situation of xinjiang normal university education thinking and research, from objectively elaborated the xinjiang normal university music education present situation as well as school teachers and students to master the situation of national music, and further analysis the problem of the education teaching, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, and try in music education of teaching better integrated into the "double ear" related to Lin, the teaching of normal university in the future play a more effective guidance.
