Research On The Work Pattern Of New Rural Construction Instructor In Yunnan Province

The Communist Party of China emphasizes further promote the new ruralconstruction in the eighteenth congress, and improve the system of party members andcadres directly tie with the masses. It put forward to promote the integration of urbanand rural development, and resolve problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers.The problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is the core problem of the partyand national business development of the country and it is the central and mostimportant part of our work center. As early as the fifth plenary session of the16thparty central proposed the historical tasks of the new socialist countrysideconstruction, and introduced a series of policies and measures. And the whole countryis exploring the building pattern of the new rural construction. Under this background,the implementation of the new rural construction work in Yunnan province, after morethan seven years of innovative practice, it has formed a unique model of the new ruralconstruction work, and has been praised by the leadership of the CPC centralcommittee and the state attention and affirmation. With the development of nationalpolitics, economy, society, the "three rural" policy in the process of continuouslydeepen adjustment, Yunnan’s economic and social development, the transformation ofrural society and the change of economic environment, the new rural construction inYunnan instructor working mode of operation also has some problems. We shouldsystem research the working mode, clarify the inner relation of the model andfunction mechanism, and reveal the problems appeared in the process of development.Then we can point out the future work ideas and direction and ensure the workingmode which can better adapt to the development and change, and play a better role.This article expounds on the basic theory of the new rural construction workmode of Yunnan province, and introduces the history and current situation of thedevelopment of this work model, as well as analyses the existing problems andreasons. Then the good mode of the new rural development both at home and abroad can be resolved and the working mode of the countermeasures and Suggestions areput forward can be improved.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction which includesthe thesis research background and significance, literature review, research methodsand framework. The second part is the theoretical basis for instructor working mode,including a service-oriented government theory, administrative organization theory,and the theory of organizational change. The third part is the introduction to instructorevolution pattern, including three stages of development and achievements. Thefourth part is to analyze the existing problems and reasons. The fifth part is list somegood modes of the construction of new countryside at home and abroad, to give someinspiration. The sixth part is to improve the working mode of the instructor in newrural construction of Yunnan province and put forward countermeasures andsuggestions. So, better function of the new rural construction work mode in the role ofthe new rural construction can be played.
