The Rural Public Product Supply Mechanism Research In Yunnan Province

Issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers have become one of themost important tasks for governments. They are more depending on the effectivesupply system of rural public products. The various historical and actual factors ofYunnan Province, which is a province in the southwest of the country, lead to thatpeasant life and agricultural production depends on the people’s livelihood protectionand the basic public product fairly high for a long time. However, the localgovernment’s pay on the supply of the rural public product is limited. Furthermore,there are many disadvantages on the current supply system of the rural public goods.The situations mentioned above bring about a series of problems as follows, the lowquantity, the unreasonable structure and the low efficiency of the supply of the basicrural public product in Yunnan.The research complies with the times background and the related regulatorydocuments of the country, utilizes the related theories of the public economics, thegovernment management and the West economics and adopts literature method,comparison method and empirical analysis method. Then it uncovers the currentsituation of the supply of the rural public products in Yunnan Province and reviewsand analyze its supply system. Finally, the causes of the existing problems are foundand some related measures of the innovation of the supply system of the rural publicproducts are presented.
