However, in the processof the platform construction, different development situations of different placeslead to different standards of the platform. This unbalanced phenomenon existsextensively and there are still many problems in the construction of the platform.According to a comprehensive research of the platform construction inpractice and also a classification of the related rules and regulations of judicialopenness, this thesis makes a study on the theoretical and empirical study ofChina’s judicial openness from the perspective of platform construction.Chapter one demonstrates the significance of judicial openness and proposes thevalue of platform construction.
