On The Unification Of China 's Real Estate Registration System

After a long term of studying on real estate registration, Chinagovernment has pushed out a series of policy so as to combine all differentkind of real estate registration into a single procedure which will makegreat progress on the protection of property right.The main purpose of this article is to build up a new theory which isable to describe all the key point of centralizing the real estateregistration which is separate, so as to give an advise on finding areasonable measure on the reform of registration policy.Different measure of study such as theoretical study, literature studyand comparative study is applied on this article which make great progresson summarizing the current situation of real estate registration policyin China and other counties.The article has pointed out only if the government reform the scope,type and agency of real estate registration is able to construct acentralized real estate registration system.
