Nowadays, we can see lots of non-governmental organizations in the internationalcommunity. With the process of the globalization, the function of NGOs in the globalgovernance becomes more and more important. Especially in the recent years, it is anattractive phenomenon that NGOs develop very quickly. The international structure isenriched by the NGOs. With the extensive concerning international issues, NGOs takean active role in the global governance. Global governance is a sense of theinternational order that is suitable for the development of globalization. One of thedemands of global governance is that NGOs should play important roles in theinternational community. NGOs are very important behavior bodies of theinternational relations. With the appearance of NGOs, countries are not the onlyinfluential behavior bodies in the global governance, which reflects the value and thetendency of the development of the global governance. This paper focuses on thefunction of NGOs in the global governance.
