So this article, from theperspectives of the agent first, illustrates current agent situation at home and abroadsystemaitically.and leads to the development of our country’s international shippingagent enterprises,the classification of China’s international shipping agent enterprisesand business scope. Because the law of the People’s Republic of China on internationalocean shipping which carried out in January1,2002, and the implementing rules for theinternational shipping regulation of the People’s Republic of China which carried out onJanuary20,2003are two entity laws and regulations which are used to adjust China’sshipping agency,the contrastive analysis seems to be particularly critical. Theauthor,taking the principal of combining the theory with practice into consideration,points out that the changes of laws and regulations exerts influence on Chineseshipping agency practice through anaylsis of the prosperity of shipping agency caseanalysis.
