Responsibility And Realization Of TV Media In Group Events

At present, The Chinese is undergoing a major period of planned economy to market economy, from agricultural society to industrial society, from traditional society to modern society, economy, politics, social structure is undergoing extensive and profound changes in china, economic composition, values and interests pattern of differentiation, the contradictions and conflicts between different interest groups gradually, group events appear inevitable. TV media plays an important role in dealing with group events, the author studies through literature research, interviews, case analysis and other methods of television media events in the responsibility and its implementation were carried out, the main results are as follows:firstly, the paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of group events, and classify them, analysis of the basic theoretical knowledge of this paper, the theoretical basis for this research; second, analysis of the television media responsibility to achieve the advantages, mainly reflected in the television media reports in the mass incidents in the public letter force strong, sound and picture combination increased the sense of the scene, media coverage, the audience is not affected by culture the level of restrictions, easy to accept the audio-visual media, audience, information filtering function strong. Although the media has its own unique advantages in reporting the group incidents, there are many difficulties, the main including TV media by the local government control, a television media influenced by social justice and administrative power of the government to the television media selection, function of the ease of awareness is not enough, group incidents emergency reporting mechanism is not perfect, the ideological tendency reported incidents obviously, media can not be timely show the truth, the television media itself self confinement. The dilemma, achieve seriously restricted the TV media responsibility. In view of the above situation, the author puts forward the path of TV media responsibility:(1) develop a sense of responsibility:the cultivation of TV media responsibility consciousness; cultivate consciousness of the government to the media cooperation.(2) improve the TV media coverage ability:the ability to guide public opinion; rational use of language to avoid social psychological ability; ability to use modern science and technology rapid real-time reports.(3) establish and perfect the emergency reporting mechanism:include early warning mechanism, the rapid reaction mechanism, fast approval mechanism, timely release mechanism, response mechanism of network public opinion.
