As the International Community and Regional Situation has Been Changing Profoundly Since the Late 1990s,left-wing Political Forces in Latin American Rise Rapidly.Among These Political Forces “Anti-Neoliberalism”and “Anti-America's Hegemonism”and Came to Power Through Democratic Election.They Pursue the Social Justice and Explore a New Road of the Nation BravelyThe Abstract of the thesis concludes the purpose and significance of the study,summary of research at home and abroad,research methods and the research ways of the thesis,and creations and limitations of the thesis.The chapter 1 elaborates the general situation of radical-left ruling parties in Latin America,such as the party nature,the organization development,the parties'characteristics and the rise context of these parties.The chapter 2 analyzes the theoretical exploration of radical-left ruling parties.First of all,the article analyzes the theoretical exploration of "21st century socialism" theory from the aspects of its ideological origin,presentation and connotations.On the basis,the article analyzes the differences between "21st century socialism"and "scientific socialism",the different propositions of "the future of the Capitalism" among Venezuela,Bolivia and Ecuador,the positive aspects and defects of the theory itself.Chapter 3 elaborates the practical exploration of radical-left ruling parties.These policies conclude establishing or amending constitution,proposing participatory democracy,nationalizing the sectors of oil industry,increasing the social welfare and fighting off the America's interference.These measures have taken good effects.Nationalizing the sectors of oil industry has increased the state financial resources and improved people's livelihood to some extent.Many democratic institutions or systems have been established which makes the common people take part in the administration of the nation and the society more and more.The cooperation among nations in economy and politics pushes forward the regional integration and promotes the unification in Latin America.Expect for these good effects,the defects and negative aspects of these measures can not be ignored.Chapter 4 analyzes the tend of the radical left-wings in Latin America from the parties themselves and their policies,and then discusses what influence has been made by the radical left-wings in Latin America on the socialist construction of China and the world socialist movements.Under the condition that the traditional socialism was thwarted at the end of the 20th century,the radical left-wings in Latin America propose the theory of "21st century socialism" and put it into practice bravely.It has been a shining point of socialist development in the 21st century.The development of radical left-wings in Latin America indicates the diversity of the world socialist movements.So we should keep pace with times,and build the socialism with Chinese characteristics firmly and creatively.
