On The Legislation Of Urban Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement In China

Urban comprehensive administrative enforcement refers to the urban management and administration, law enforcement agencies in the areas of urban governance unified exercise of the power of relatively concentrated administrative punishment, the relevant authorities not to exercise section of the centralized exercise of administrative punishment right of the comprehensive administrative enforcement action. The significance of the study is that strengthening comprehensive administrative enforcement of legal system construction in the city, in favour of "China dream" implementation of processes that will help promote our country’s administration according to law, in favour of protection of human rights. Secondly, the body part is the study of basic theory. On the basis of theoretical study on external, summarized China’s urban administrative enforcement concepts, characters, backgrounds, and law enforcement. Furthermore, the body part two focused on the current problems of China’s urban administrative enforcement, mainly for violence, law enforcement, city administrative legality and rationality, urban comprehensive administrative enforcement tools of irregularities and imperfections of the urban comprehensive enforcement procedures and other issues. Finally, based on practice and combine existing problems on urban comprehensive administrative enforcement of the legislative path is recommended. That is, from the legislative concept, we should straighten out the comprehensive administrative enforcement system, law enforcement, law enforcement procedures, means and ways to proceed with the legislative work of China’s urban administrative enforcement.
