A Study On The Service Of People 's Livelihood In Rural Grass - Roots Party Organizations

The17th and18th Congress of CPC have emphasis the improvement of social construction focusing on the livelihood of people for several times. It has become the focus of the whole party. Rural is the key region of the construction of the people’s livelihood, especially the majority are farmers. Rural grassroots party organization is the basal cell of the system, for it is in the first line of rural construction and reform. So the rural grassroots party plays an important role in the construction. Therefore, the article studies its service to people’s livelihood. The author chooses several contents about people’s livelihood, namely rural economic development, employment, education, medical care and social security, so as to research the situations of the rural party’s service related to people’s livelihood. Firstly, theoretically positioning the function of rural grassroots party ought to be. Secondly, the author analyzes the actual action in the course of its service, by using Yongxing Town’s achievements and shortcomings gaining via empirical investigation. The writer excavates the party’s positive role and problems in the service process of people’s livelihood. Finally, from the concrete to the abstract, the author analysis the reasons for problems and put forward several corresponding countermeasures for the rural grassroots party organization so as to impulse people’s livelihood.
