Research On The Corner Of City

Urbanization is a double-edged sword. It promotes the development of city on all-around aspects, such as economy, politics, culture and environment, at the same time it brings different challenges to the city. Since innovation throws open, the course of urbanization develops rapidly, the visage of city changes with each passing day and demotic standard of living is improved. However, it brings benefits as well as drawbacks. Cities are facing a series of problems now due to the rapid development: the large population, the crowded space and the polluted environment. Moreover, the imperfect management of government and the lack of relevant legal system caused the situation much worse which restricted the further development of cities. To make the city better, it is necessary to do some research on these-problems.Based on the definition of sub-city and the present situation of urban development, this essay analyzes the reasons which cause the phenomenon of sub-city, further explores both the effectiveness and insufficient of governmental management and discusses the impact on the problem of sub-city. In order to have a in-depth analysis, I also adopt the related theories such as politics, sociology and municipal management to offer some suggestions on how to improve the urban problems.
