Among the GMO safety issues, the intrusion problem of environment about genetically modified organisms already become the most serious problem of genetically modified organisms in the environment impact.However, the study of such problems at home and abroad is not much, but stay involved even though there is a corresponding field or technology in the field of macro-control.In this paper, at home and abroad for the GMO invasion phenomena described, summed GMO invasion concept, proposed to use legal means to prevent GMO invasion causes and summarized and Legal Implications on GMOs intrusion prevention, pointing out our transgenic the case of biological intrusion prevention inadequate legal system, the architecture of the proposed improvement measures in order to prevent the invasion of GMOs to contribute and to arouse the attention of scholars.First of all,this article introduces the concepts of biological invasion, is to clarify the basis of the related underlying concepts, explain the characteristics and hazards of biological invasion and make a comprehensive analysis of biological invasion, to make preparation for writing important concepts related to the invasion of genetically modified organisms later.
