Before the World War II Japanese right-wing thoughts appeared with the establishment of system of Mikado autocracy of Japan, which advocated the ideology of Mikadoism, nationalism and great-asia chauvinism. Under the influence of this thoughts, the Japanese imperialists launched a large-scale war of aggression, and they not only caused numerous humantragedies to Asian countries, but also brought disasters to the Japanese people. After the World War Ⅱ,since with the dramatic changes in the international and domestic situation, Japanese country awareness which has long been suppressed since the post-war recovered. In this situation, the modern right-wing thoughts formed which regarded statism and nationalism as its representative.what’s worse, they inherited Japanese right-wing thoughts of the pre-war, which is concluded that distorted history, beautified the war of aggression, advocated to change the constitution, and continuously made waves in the territorial disputes.It is severely hurt Chinese people’s feelings and affected the normal development of Sino-Japanese relations.To analyze the Japanese right-wing thoughts, we should be not only so-already wants to understand its past, clear its present situation, the forecast for its future,but aslo to analyze that how it affects Japan’s foreign.This article combed the development of Japanese right-wing thoughts,especially analyzed that how Japanese right-wing thoughts affects Japan’s foreign.Ⅰ really hope to come up with some countermeasures to develop Sino-Japanese relations.This paper will be divided into three chapters:The first chapter of this article discusses the concept of right wing and Japanese right-wing thoughts, then discusses the origin of thoughts, producing factors,and the characteristics and performances.The second chapter, discusses how Japanese right-wing thoughts affects Japan’s foreign policy at different stages of development. The third chapter, discusses how Japanese right-wing thoughts affects Japan’s foreign practice in the issues of the constitution, territorial and history.Conclusion, the article comes up with some countermeasures to develop Sino-Japan relations under the influence of the Japanese right-wing thoughts.
