Russia after the Cold War has been the focus of attention of the international community one. May 7,2000 as the official Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Russian government's foreign policy accordingly made a flexible and pragmatic adjustments. This paper is dedicated to the research Putin's in power on foreign policy and its impact on the Sino-Russian relations, for the development of relations between China and Russia to provide a reference.Papers include the following aspects:First, the theory and foreign policy, Putin's in power on foreign policy was described to economic interests, national interests as the center of pragmatism as the core content of Putin's foreign policy. Second, the analysis of Putin's foreign policy reasons, on the one hand, domestic political, economic, cultural aspects of the analysis; on the other hand, Putin's in power foreign policy formulated by the international cause of the analysis.Papers on the final Putin's foreign in power on policy impact on the Sino-Russian relations and the Chinese Government should take measures, the prospects of Sino-Russian relations to the analysis. Generally speaking, positive and negative impact on both.on the one hand, Putin's in power on foreign policy on the development of Sino-Russian relations has a positive role in promoting; on the other hand, Putin's economic interests above everything else and pragmatic policies to a certain extent constrained the development of the Sino-Russian relations.
