As road traffic police managers bear to ensure smooth flow of road traffic safety and safeguard the people’s life and property safety of the great responsibility we have to give more attention to this group of traffic police, leaders at all levels and the authorities want to be their job satisfaction attention. Through the traffic police job satisfaction survey analysis, the traffic police to fully grasp the ideological trends, understand their psychological needs. Currently, however, the world’s research on job satisfaction has been very extensive, and many researchers have made great achievements in this regard.
