If the capital is stable, the whole country will be stable.Beijing is the capital of the national political center, cultural center, international exchange center, science and technology innovation center. As the status of Beijing's international metropolis is becoming more and more important, the pressure of the Beijing police force, which has the heavy responsibility of combating crime and maintaining stability,is increasing. It has a direct impact on the individual police officers' job satisfaction, which has a profound impact on the professional attitude of individual police officers and the overall stability of the police force. This study focuses on the survey of police job satisfaction in Beijing, and attempts to explore the practical factors influencing the professional feelings of police in Beijing through a comprehensive description of the current situation of police job satisfaction in Beijing,to objectively reflect the thinking and expectations of the Beijing police group on the job,and to provide targeted reference for the construction of the Beijing police force. This study is an empirical research from the perspective of job satisfaction.Based on the need hierarchy theory, the author developed the Beijing police job satisfaction questionnaire. This study adopts the methods of questionnaire survey, job interview, document collation and participatory observation. The study describes the job satisfaction of the Beijing police, and then analyzes the relationship between work intensity, salary, job security, colleague relationship, personal development, social assessment and other factors and professional satisfaction.Explore the reasons behind them and find convenient and feasible solutions. This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey, altogether distributed the questionnaire 524,obtains the effective questionnaire 521,using Excel2000 and SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis and hypothesis testing, combined with interviews and personal occupation experience.Through comprehensive analysis,we draw the following conclusions: more than 70% of the Beijing police are not satisfied with the status of occupation,if there is an opportunity to choose, nearly 60% do not want to be a policeman in Beijing, nearly 75% of the police would not recommend other people as police in Beijing; The overall job satisfaction of police groups with different ages, origins, positions, and working years was significant; The overwhelming majority of police officers have the most intense dissatisfaction with work pressure and poor wages and welfare, which are the main factors affecting overall satisfaction.More than 90% of the police believe that the law enforcement environment is poor, and support the addition of assaulting police officers in the criminal law;Three quarters of the Beijing police force are willing to continue to work in the police, reflecting that the overall stability of the police can be basically guaranteed;A quarter of the Beijing police is willingness to leave, and the intention to leave the young policemen more clearly reflects that this group of thoughts is more active and it is also the main factor that causes the instability of the police.Generally, the Beijing police officers are mostly dissatisfied with "work pressure" and "poor wages";the main reasons are "major security activities" and "non-police activities";As to solve the problems, they suggest that the government should increase wages substantially and resolutely eliminate non-police activities, reflecting as the Beijing police to view of the problem and to solve the problem is still relatively rational and pragmatic,to put forward opinions and suggestions is feasible, for the relevant departments to study the decision to refer to.
