In peaceful time, the judicialpractice is the fundamental power to protect the fairness and justiceof the society and keeps the stable of the country. The judicial practiceas means of resolving social contradictions and solving social disputes has close relationship with citizens personal rights and propertyrights, thus it is the last line of defense to maintain social fairness andjustice. The central government has full swing mechanism reform ofthe judicial system. Through the reform of the judicial system, andfinally establish a fair, efficient and authoritative socialist judiciarysystem to make the feel of justice in the form of visible. The third part is talking about thecountermeasures of perfecting the work mechanism of justice for thepeople and it is the difficult point of this article.In recent five years, Chi’nas economy and society developed’rapidly; the peoples need for judicial practice has increased; thejudicial environment has changed; the judicial reform has madeprofound achievement; but the judicial reform has encountered newsituation, new problems. The current judicial mechanism still needs tobe changed and perfected Coming up with the background, themeasures and the realistic practices of the reform of the judicialsystem, this paper analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of "th"e justice for the people mechanism, and the achievements in thesix aspects of the reform. This paper also analyzes the defects of thereform and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
