Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization From The Perspective Of Scientific Development

At present, ecological problems occur frequently in China, some have been seriously threat to our people’s lives, these ecological problems has been the confinement factor of sustainable development of economy in china. Our party is to pay more attention to this problem, and systematically puts forward to vigorously promote the overall requirements of ecological civilization construction for the next five years, and regards the construction of ecological civilization as an important link in the overall layout of socialist modernization. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing present situation of ecological civilization, the paper analyzes the reasons of ecological problems, and in the scientific development viewpoint, it’s of great significance to take effective measures to solve the ecological problems.The thesis divides into four parts:The introduction expatiates the significance of this topic, the status and trend of this research project,and the research method.In the first chapter, mainly summarize the theory origin and the practice foundation of construction of ecological civilization in the Scientific Outlook on Development perspective, to provide reference for. explore the construction of ecological civilization in the Scientific Outlook on Development perspective.In the second chapter, from the transformation of economic development mode, the establishment of ecological restoration system,the propaganda of environmental protection, these three aspects to summarizes the achievements of ecological civilization construction in china in recent years, with rapid economic development in the eastern part of Wuxi as the example, confirmed the ecological civilization achievements in China in recent years.In the third chapter, focuses on the existing problems and their causes in China’s ecological civilization construction. The author combines the content of The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, from the national spatial planning, the waste of resources, environmental pollution and ecological imbalance,based on in these four aspects to analysis the reasons for the existence of these ecological problems.In the fourth chapter, according to the above analysis of the reasons, according to the principle which should be followed in construction of ecological civilization in the Scientific Outlook on Development perspective, to explore the path of ecological civilization construction of our country, come to conclusion that in order to further improve the ecological civilization construction in China, we should draw attention to these four parts,the spatial distribution, mechanism and system construction, the development of green industry and the level of consciousness. In the conclusion part, pointed out on the basis of the summarization, study the significance of to explore ecological civilization construction under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development of our country, and advocating people to actively participate in the construction of ecological civilization.
