Marx, Engels Ecological Thinking With Our Environment-friendly Social Construction

The ecological thoughts of Marx and Engles reveal the dialectical relationship of interdependence and interaction between man and nature, nature and society. To achieve the harmonious development between man and nature has been the consistent thought cherished by Marxists. The ecological thoughts of Marx and Engles are of vital and positive significance in correctly treating the relationship between human beings and the natural environment, pursuing and implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, building an environment-friendly society and a well-off society in an all-round way. Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's environmental problems have been getting more serious, and therefore, their ecological thoughts need to be studied more than ever so as to cope with various challenges and achieve the healthy development of society and economy and the sustainable development in China. This thesis expounds the basic contents and social significance of their ecological thoughts, and under this guidance and in view of China's concrete conditions, proposes practical measures for establishing and implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and building an environment-friendly society in order to ensure the achievement of a well-off society in an all-round way.
