A Study On The Construction Of Lenin Cadres

For any countries or regimes, having a high quality of cadres is very important. Because of having such a compact cadres, the Bolshevik party headed by Lenin destroyed the old, decaying state power and achieved great victory of the October revolution. Then, consolidate the new Soviet regime became a new concern to Lenin. However, the party and state organs is lack of leaders and talented persons. Therefore, in his more than five years time as the Soviet leader, Lenin made a deep exploration and practice to the problem of cadres’ team construction and come into being a set of ideological system of cadres’ team construction, which contains from selection and appointment of cadres, education and training of cadres to supervise and control the cadres.In order to research Lenin’s team construction thought of cadres, the thesis takes the following train of thought:firstly, exploring the theoretical source and forming background of Lenin’s team construction thought of cadres from a historical point of view; Secondly, making an analysis and induction of the main content of Lenin’s team construction thought of cadres and the major problems it concerned; Finally, according to the current practice in our country to explore the practical enlightenment of Lenin’s team construction thought of cadres.On the research methods, this thesis studied the original by using the method of literature reading. Combing related words of Lenin’s team construction thought of cadres by using analysis and inductive method. According to related context and social history environment to discuss the main content of his team construction thought of cadres and grasp its essence. Finally, combine Lenin’s team construction thought of cadres with the current cadres’ team construction practice in our country, by using the method of linking theory with practice to search for the internal relation between them, and make a new interpretation which conform to the requirements of the times and practice. As a result, promote the progress of sinicization of Marxism about the cadres’team construction theory.
