Research On The Construction Of Archives Resource Service System In Yangzhou City

This article describes the origin and the concept of people’s livelihood archives.It describes the meaning,types,characteristics and livelihood research files,focus on the research and use of livelihood archival resources system,meanwhile on the integration and use of livelihood archival resources.Furthermore,in this paper in-depth research on the construction of Yangzhou public resources and use raw file service system be explored, for example of Yangzhou Archives.Its current situation is analyzed and summarized,and enhance the livelihood of many archival resources and use Service System level initiatives.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part,to people’s livelihood and the livelihood of the file as a starting point,leads research on livelihood systems and the use of archival resources service system.And introduces the concept of the origin of the people’s livelihood and the livelihood from a different perspective connotation; outlines the definition of livelihood files,types and characteristics.For the study of the "two systems" basic livelihood files theoretical groundwork done,the files on the livelihood resource development and integration are discussed in detail.The second part of the article is based in Yangzhou City Archives,for example,be explored and research resources to build livelihood file system and use of the services system.Cited a new initiative livelihood resource file system construction and utilization of services.By specific research on the use of file management Yangzhou livelihood,and gradually in-depth interpretation to the management and use of practical work on the overall livelihood,Yangzhou file resource.The third part is focus on the livelihood of Yangzhou and use of archival resources service system be explored issues that arise.There are several reasons:First, the collection structure is not perfect; Second, the policy limits; Third, the lack of personnel support; fourth, inadequate facilities and equipment investment.The fourth part,for practical problems,to explore how to improve the livelihood of Yangzhou and use of archival resources service system level measures.In short,the construction and use of archival resources livelihood service system is currently earnestly implement the party and the government,"the people’s livelihood,attention to people’s livelihood,safeguard people’s livelihood,improve people’s livelihood," which is improtant.The livelihood archival resources can really do to serve the people,the public is required to provide archival information resources in the lives of the people demand.In this paper,an example of Yangzhou Archives, livelihood archive "two systems" building study,research and practice through a combination of research.This is to make it better and faster development and progress for the country,for society,for the majority of people to provide more comprehensive and convenient livelihood profile information services,to contribute to building a socialist harmonious society.
