Research On The Mode,Method And Relization Of Ethnic Minority Archive Resources Integration

Ethnic minority archives record the origins and changes of ethnic minorities,politics and economy,science and technology,religion and folk customs,etc.They are not only a representation of the spiritual civilization and cultural deposits of ethnic minorities,but also the crystallization of wisdom of ethnic minorities in China,and the core component and precious wealth of the collective memory of ethnic minorities.The archival resources of ethnic minorities have a strong value of social and historical research and traditional cultural inheritance,and have a far-reaching impact on inheriting excellent cultural heritage,promoting regional economic development and enhancing social cohesion.The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Regional Ethnic Autonomy clearly states that all sectors of society should actively support government departments and cultural institutions in the collection,sorting,identification,preservation,development and utilization of ethnic minority archives.The comprehensive,multi-dimensional and deep-level integration of ethnic minority archive resources is not only a kind of protection behavior,but also a process to speed up knowledge dissemination and serve the public.At the main level,the integration of ethnic minority archive resources is no longer limited to collection units as the main body,but has expanded to a multi-subject co-construction situation with collection units,government departments and related cultural institutions as the main body,and non-governmental organizations,scientific researchers,ethnic minorities and volunteers as the supplement.From the perspective of integration methods and technologies,with the development of related data,semantic network,digital humanities,artificial intelligence and other methods and technologies,its application in the integration of ethnic minority archive resources can not only improve the effective storage and management of ethnic minority archive resources,but also integrate messy and scattered ethnic minority archive resources into an organic whole,and accelerate the digital generation,data transmission,intelligent sharing and knowledge utilization of minority archives resources.Based on this,this paper puts forward the research topic of “research on the mode,method and realization of the integration of archival resources of ethnic minorities”,aiming at integrating the currently scattered archival resources of ethnic minorities into a systematic analysis space,and innovating the integration methods and paths of ethnic archival resources through the transformation of the integration content of ethnic archival resources.According to the ideas of subject integration,resource integration and service integration,the main contents of this research are as follows:Ⅰ.Constructing the framework of ethnic minority archival resources integration.The first is to use the methods of literature research,network research and interview to grasp the distribution and integration of ethnic minority archive resources in different regions of China;The second is to use the network platform to issue a questionnaire about users’ demand for the use of ethnic minority archive resources,and collect data to clarify the purpose and form of use of ethnic minority archive resources by different user groups,the presentation of required resources,and what kind of utilization environment and form are expected to be provided by collection institutions;The third is to formulate the integration objectives and principles for the archives resources of ethnic minorities according to the existing practical problems;The fourth is to classify the relevant elements of the integration of ethnic minority archival resources,and clarify the correlation between different integration elements;Fifth,according to the distribution characteristics,integration status,user utilization needs and integration elements of ethnic minority archive resources,the framework of ethnic minority archive resources integration is constructed from the aspects of subject integration,object integration and service integration,as the basis for the full text analysis.Ⅱ.Building a collaborative integration model of minority archival resources based on pluralistic governance.First,according to the previous research,the main body of ethnic minority archive resources integration is divided into government departments,cultural institutions,social organizations and the public.Among them,the government departments include the archives department,the State Ethnic Affairs Commission,the local ethnic affairs commission at all levels,and other government agencies;Cultural institutions include archives,libraries,museums,etc.;Social organizations include academic organizations,ethnic studies research groups,ancient books protection association,etc.;The public mainly includes collectors and chiefdoms living in minority villages.The second is to analyze the characteristics,positioning,integration focus and application scenarios of the above four types of integration subjects.Third,the theory of pluralistic governance as the basic guiding ideology,in accordance with the principles of coordination and integration of commonness and individuality,integration of the whole and part,and equal emphasis on science and practice,combined with the development level of archives,requirements for resource co-construction and sharing,extensive participation of different subjects,ethnic spirit and historical and cultural inheritance,etc,the multi-subject cooperative integration mode of minority archival resources put forward.Ⅲ.The method system of ethnic minority archive resource integration based on ontology,semantic association,knowledge graph and other technologies is formed.The first is to describe the general metadata standards,select the core elements applicable to the archive resources of ethnic minorities in Northeast China,build the metadata description framework of ethnic minority archive resources,and describe the formal language.The second is to explain the principles,methods and processes of the ontology construction of ethnic minority archive resources,construct the descriptive word list,attribute word list and entity extraction model of ethnic minority archive resources,and extract the attribute value after identifying the named entity.The third is to build a semantic relation extraction model for ethnic minority archive resources.RDF,SPO and Turtle are used to explain the semantic relation dimension of ethnic minority archive resources,build a semantic relation model,and explain the relation concretely and comprehensively.The fourth is to use Neo4 j to associate the people entity,time entity,event entity,institution entity and minority entity involved in the archive resources of ethnic minorities in Northeast China,and use modern information technology to meet the requirements of visual presentation.Ⅳ.The integration of ethnic minority archives resource services based on the theme portal has been realized.In order to meet the needs of multi-subject collaborative governance,in-depth development of ethnic minority archive resources,and utilization of different user groups,this study transforms the entity management of ethnic minority archive resources into content management by means of URI naming,semantic description,data association,virtual-real combination,holographic projection,digital twin,AR,VR and other technologies.The integration of ethnic minority archive resources service types and ways is completed and improved through knowledge service,story service,immersion service and other ways.On the one hand,on the basis of strictly following the principles of accuracy,relevance,open access and initiative,the goals of content interconnection,maximum utilization and theme portal construction of ethnic minority archive resources are realized.Therefore,it compares and improves the service integration of ethnic minority archive resources in the aspects of theoretical basis,distribution,access category,source,access method,integration degree,correlation degree and service mode.On the other hand,the theme portal system of ethnic minority archive resources is constructed from three levels:resource acquisition layer,resource processing layer and resource application layer,and the collaborative mechanism of the theme portal of ethnic minority archive resources is constructed from the aspects of main body cooperation,operation management and evaluation feedback.This study builds a relatively complete theoretical framework and method system from the three levels of ethnic minority archival resources integration subject,integration technology method and integration service,and puts forward the guarantee strategy of ethnic minority archival resources integration from the dimensions of policy orientation,resource integration,subject linkage,technical support and personnel training.The above results systematically discussed the mode and method of archival resources integration in line with the characteristics of ethnic minorities in theory,and fully demonstrated the feasibility of multi-subject cooperation.In practice,through multi-channel ethnic minority archival resources service methods,the theme portal of ethnic minority archival resources service integration is built to provide new perspectives,ideas and methods for the integration of ethnic minority archival resources,so as to meet the utilization needs of different user groups such as government departments,collection institutions,cultural institutions,scientific research users,and collectors,enhance the influence of ethnic minority archives in social practice and activate the realization of the value of ethnic minority archives.
