Research On The Sharing Of Archival Information Resources Across Departments

In recent years,with the advent of information technology and internet,it has had a huge impact on people's daily life and put forward higher requirements for the government's management ability and service level.In order to meet people's needs and adapt to the social development,many government departments gradually uses information technology to improve their management capabilities and government service levels.Through information technology and internet technology to achieve"one-stop" service has become the trend of government service transformation.To reach the target,many government management methods have made corresponding changes.As a part of government management,using new information technology to improve archival service capabilities will become an inevitable trend.At present,information technology has been widely used in the archival field,and the digital construction of archives has reached a certain level,which makes it possible to realize the sharing of archival information resources across departments.This article takes M city public security archives as an example.Through field survey,it collects data and information about the sharing of public security archival information resources in M city,analyzes the current situation,points out the the problems and the causes of problems:the backward archive management concepts,the lagging legal norms and standards,the lack of trust and cooperation between departments,etc.Then,put forward corresponding countermeasures.This article proposes the construction strategy about the sharing of M city public security archival information resources from the aspects of transforming the concept of archival resource service,perfecting archival laws and regulations,standardizing the archival information resource service platform,improving software and hardware technical support,strengthening communication and coordinationamong different departments,and enriching archival information resources etc,which provides theoretical support for the sharing of archival information resources across government departments.
