International Organization Of "Six - Party Talks" From Northeast Asia Collective Security

It is extremely necessary and completely precious for China’s economic development, Northeast Asia’s collective security, and the world’s peace and stability about the peace and stability in Northeast Asia.There are three kind of impact which the North Korea’s nuclear crisis produces. They go the first, if North Korea owns and uses nuclear weapons, the nuclear weapons’ damage and destruction will endanger Chinese mainland security since North Korea is contiguous to China and borders on China. The third, China’s economy continues making progress at all aspects, and China has enhanced its’ political influence in the world, on the premise of which China could play an active part in Northeast Asia’s geopolitics and diplomatic relations, accelerating peace and stability in Northeast Asia area.North Korea and the USA finally came to a mutual agreement to hold six-party talks which includes North Korea, South Korea, China, the USA, Russia, and Japan for North Korea’s nuclear crisis. With combining it to China’s successful practice in joining, sponsoring, and continuing to push forward the SCO(Shanghai Cooperation Organization), and to the active part the SCO has played in Central Asia’s affairs and geopolitics, this article shall discuss the international organizational possibility, tendency, framework, rules of procedure, funds, operation mechanism, obstacles of six-party talks, and discuss the role China should play or already has played or probably plays during the international organizational process of six-party talks, the contribution it would make to Northeast Asia’s collective security, the probable operation way in its’collective security safeguards system of Northeast Asia, the guidance which the collective security system in the modern international law should do for the international organization change of six-party talks and the establishment of Northeast Asia’s collective security, the effect it does to peacefully resolution of North Koreas’ nuclear crisis, and its’contribution to Northeast Asia’s collective security.
