Harmonious socialist society is an admirable society that the human being is pursuing diligently and a social ideal the Marxist Party pursuing unremittingly. Harmonious labor relation is not only an important foundation for building a harmonious socialist society, but also an urgent need to solve the outstanding problems of the current labor relation. Labor dispute in reality reflects the process of interest game between the two sides of labor relation. If not handled properly, it will inevitably lead to conflicts and dissentions, and seriously affect social stability and economic development, thus blocking the process of building a harmonious society.Currently, how to build a harmonious labor relation is a topic that has drawn great attention from the government and all circles of community. By taking the labor dispute arbitration cases in Zhabei District as examples, this thesis attempts to analyze in detail the status quo, causes and problems of labor relation since the implementation of "Labor Contract Law"(i.e. January1,2008); to study in-depth the prominent problems and the forms of increasingly intense conflicts in labor relation; to put forward some reasonable suggestions for further building up the harmonious relation in the face of rising issues; and to make use of the advanced information system and database development technology to set up a theoretical model of information-based harmonious labor relation. It is hoped that this will be of some use for reference for nurturing harmonious labor relation, preventing and properly solving labor disputes, forming a sound investment environment and building the harmonious socialist society.
