The increasingly serious situation in the juvenile delinquency of today, in allusion to the particularity of juvenile delinquency.our government expand the range of juvenile correction and enhance judicial power to exert the correction platitudinously. Police as the technically department who beats and defends crime powerful is out of question with responsibility for the juvenile correction. Due to the police place their part in the correction, theorists and practitioners lack of research. The writer combine years of the police career experience, prepare to analyse and study the purpose of community corrections,hereby establish a close relationship between the police and community corrections. Then from the actuality of youth community corrections.expatiate the problems of juvenile commuity corrections.At the same time,analyse the reason of the problem.to determine the police’s place in the youth’s community corrections,and give some suggestions to the police who should deal with the corrections,hoping to advance the corrections much more innovative and reformational.
