The Study Of Ideological And Political Education Of Youth Community Police

Ideological and political education is the basic work of public securityorganization and the effective measures to strengthen and improvecommunity police work. Under the background of building a socialistharmonious society, the increasing development of community policing aswell as the rise in the newly recruited police, how to combine with thepractical community policing, do a good job in ideological and politicaleducation for youth community police, and provide strong and solidpolitical guarantee for economic and social development and theimprovement of people’s life is one issue that must be solved both intheoretical and practical perspective.Ideological and political education of youth community police has anextremely vital significance; meanwhile it also has its own particularity.The effectiveness of ideological and political education has a profoundinfluence on the thought of young community police which is directlyrelated with the police team’s fighting force. Several interviews and surveysshow that the youth community polices’ thoughts is basically stable, but some of the youth community police do exist some xaxycipn ideologicalproblems. Jiaozuo Public Security has developed a good way in ideologicaland political education. In recent years it has promoted regularization of thetraining team, professionalization of training content, diversification of thetraining way by hiring full-time and part-time instructors, extensivetraining, and learning experiences from many channels and so on. But theredo exist some problems in the ideological and political education of youthcommunity police, for example the organization and system needs to besound, the idea and function needs to be changed, the method and meansshould be improved, and the target and appeal needs to be strengthened. Inorder to further improve ideological and political education work of youthcommunity police, the author proposes that we can strengthen researchwork about the ideological and political education, strengthen the correctorientation of ideological and political education, enhance exchange andcooperation of ideological and political education, give more priority to thelife of the police, constantly enhance the effectiveness ideological andpolitical education of young community police so as to truly implement community policing strategy, promote their harmonious relationship andlong period of stability.
