Nowadays with the constant innovation of science and technology, increasingly political consciousness and great development of economic wealth, preventing corruption has become a global topic. It need to put our heads and hands together. So the academia is working on finding various methods or tools on anti-corruption, but it. is still scattered and not a system. While all governments and scholars were puzzled, Transparency International(TI) put forward the National Integrity System theory(NIS), which provides a new direction on anti-corruption at the level of theory and practice.On the basis of NIS theory and NIS assessment report and related data of TI, this article attempts to research NIS through using quantitative and qualitative analysis, and tries to draw the main pillars of NIS and the main dimensions of13pillars, and achieves to provide more clear recommendations to improve NIS construction.The article firstly introduces the research background, the object, and a brief overview of NIS. Secondly, it summarizes domestic and foreign study on NIS and describes the framework and methods of the paper. Then the main part of the article analyses NIS from three aspects in general, pillars and credibility. Finally it concludes the study found.The main findings of the paper are:(1) the importance of13pillars is different, but they are still an interdependent system.(2) NIS is rooted the integrity concept, but the legislature, public sector, law enforcement agencies and supreme audit Institution are relatively important.(3) each pillar’s3dimensions ability, governance and role have different emphases (4)the law design and the practice operation of NIS have a relatively gap.(5) through the correlative study of NIS, BPI and CPI, it further validate the national integrity system higher credibility.
