In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, the residents’ personal wealth is growing, making the inheritance of our increasingly highlight. Inheritance of wealth has become a prominent issue in the current society. This thesis is divided into introduction, body and Postscript three parts. The body part is divided into four chapters.Chapter Ⅰ start from the concept of a trust, the origin and development and classification, and thus leads to the concepts, features, and functions of the Trust Wills, trusts wills overall. Trust wills trustor establishes wills containing trust content. Modern trust system originated in the United Kingdom.ChapterⅡ in the development of the common law countries of the Trust Wills made a more detailed introduction the corresponding Comment on this basis.
