A Study On The Mechanism Of Professional Consciousness Of Judges

This article aims to discuss how to further promote professional awareness for judges to develop mechanisms as professional judge and the main work and new direction of court cultural construction.Through the modified definition and connotation of professional awareness and judges’ professional awareness, this article gave a precise definition of the concept and content of judges’ professional awareness, demonstrated the development process and the structure of judges’ professional awareness, affirming three major research directions of the develop mechanisms of judge professional awareness.In this paper logic comb was made from three levels——body composition, architecture levels and subject areas through the analysis of the status quo of the court culture building system (the bearing platform of judges’professional awareness develop mechanisms). Come to a conclusion that the court culture building system did not stimulate the initiative of judge effectively. Only in this way can we foster the law faith and ethics, and finally leading to the true trial artistic. In the motivation and security system, the article advocates the independence of the courts to exercise jurisdiction should be confirmed by the Constitution. And to improve the protection and support of the judges’ professional awareness develop mechanisms by the incentive measures system. And draw on specific cases to show the current exploration frontier and transcendental achievements.
