Taking the lawmaking of the Law of Armed Police Forces that I myself participated in as a guidance, this thesis studys the main features of the military legislation in mordern China on legislation system, procedure and technique. It investigates and analyzes the basic situation of modern military legislation in USA, Russia, UK and Japan. It explores the benificial experience that can be used to perfect the military legislation in mordern China. And it lists the deficency of the military legislation in mordern China from the five aspects of legislation system, military law system, legislation procedure, techinique and supervision. At last, it discusses the ways to perfect it.
