A Study On The Role Of Government In The Construction Of Product Quality Credit System

"People do not stand without credit, the enterprises do not prosper without credit, and the areas do not strong without credit." Credit is the pass of market economy, is the lubricating of market system operation, and is the important social capital of supporting the regional economic development. However, in the current market economy environment,due to the disappearance of the credit system,market adjustment function is weakened greatly,the force of pure support market formed a perfect credit system is very difficult,as the government public management leader,in the construction of social credit system can and must play an irreplaceable important role. Quality problem is the strategy problem of economic development, represent the images of a country or a region and the level of the development of economic society, and is the comprehensive reflection of economic society development. People’s life is bound up with product quality, relating to all aspects of life and economy. Now, China’s market economic system is not perfect, business ethics and market rules have not been most market main body followed, market order and competition still cannot do unified opening and orderly, the government is the supervision and control over product quality is particularly important. This article analyses the present situation and the reasons of product quality credit loss in an actual situation of the construction of regional product quality credit system in Zhejiang province, thinking deeply of the work and measures in the construction of product credit system in the government of all levels and departments in Zhejiang province in recent years. This article also does researches in product quality credit system supply, credit behavior regulatory, credit information integration, credit culture guided, and credit environment multiple roles cultivating in the area of government credit system construction, in order to throw a sprat to exert the maintenance of market order, play the hand of tangible to invisible hand of the market of the complementary role, and turely in the whole society established within the scope of credit system.
