A Comparative Study Of The Educational System Of Chinese And Foreign Officials

Noncommissioned officer is an important part of military talent team, it has the important status and role in army construction and reality military struggle preparation. Training and bringing up a large number of talented officers who adapt to modern high technology local war and army modernization construction, is the need of military construction and development, also is the need of winning the future war. Therefore, how to seize the strategic opportunity of national defense and army’s leap-forward development, improve overall level of sergeant talent team, the army joint pay attention. And one of the focus of the discussion, is how to improve the current petty officer education system’s problem. Foreign petty officer education has a long history, especially American officer’s education, after years of exploration and reform, it sets up an effective leadership and management system to achieve a good education and training effects. This paper is from the perspective of comparative study, try to discuss the different in China and the United States’ education system of petty officer, provide some enlightenment and suggestions for our petty officer’s education management reform.This paper first start from the basic system of the two sergeant officer, briefly on the establishment, pay scales and military ranks,the service deadline, promotions, rewards and punishment. Then mainly compares the two sergeant officer education management system and cultivation patterns of education. In view of the current our army sergeant of the problems existing in education, and American officer education management experience for reference, this paper presented to our army sergeant education system reform and the construction of our army sergeant some ideas of education system, in order to promote the reform and the transformation of our army officer education.
